Digital & Social Media Marketing (BUS359) strengthened my ability to connect creative decisions with measurable outcomes. Through developing a Digital Assets Report, I worked with customer personas, audience behaviour analysis, and performance metrics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
This module reinforced the importance of data-driven storytelling, using insights not just to report performance but also to guide optimisation and future content direction.
